Homemade dips and sauces are one item that you can always find in my kitchen shelf and I love making variety of sauces from scratch, it gives snacks and finger food new dimension and gives me satisfaction as a foodie that I am not serving yummy food with readymade sauces.
I must thank Aarthi another fellow blogger for this simple and finger licking recipe, this is one multi purpose sauce which can be served with wontons, stir fries, spring rolls, fritters or fried rice. I made it and kept it in fridge and to my amazement it lasted 30 days and even after 30 days taste was not compromised at all.
And I must warn you that this sauce is really really addictive (:P) once you taste it craving to have more never ends. It has all the qualities of a perfect sauce; it has hotness of red chillies, sweetness of sugar, flavor of garlic and sourness of vinegar.
